Premium Care
Premium care requires a nominal annual fee in an effort to offset the cost of services that are not covered by health insurance plans and to improve the staff’s responsiveness to your administrative and clinical needs.
Starting January 1, 2009 patients who continue payment of the annual fee will have same-day and future scheduling access to a premium provider of the practice. Premium providers include Joshua Pepper, MD, Lauren Bence, MD, Thomas Brookshire, PA, Tana Summers, PA, and Julie Jones, NP.
Concierge Care
Serving a smaller group of patients, Concierge Care will offer a more personalized way of delivering the best primary care medicine possible in today’s overburdened healthcare system.
Concierge Care patients will have same day and future scheduling access to a concierge care provider of the practice. Dedicated assistants will help navigate and coordinate care, while patients will have longer visits, home visits, urgent weekend/evening visits, and 24 hour mobile phone/text access to the Concierge Care team for anything health related. Concierge Care providers include Curtis Robinson, MD and Diana Saylor, PA.
Longevity Care
With the goal of helping you live to 100 in a healthy state of mind and body, The Longevity Project is specifically designed to teach patients the longevity habits necessary to achieve this goal.
The Longevity Project is a 1 year intensive program in which Curtis Robinson, MD, will lead a small group of patients through a comprehensive Longevity Survey, teach Longevity Science, help members develop Longevity Habits, and create individualized Longevity Plans for life. Each month, members will gather to learn from Dr. Robinson and experts in the field, as well as have the opportunity to participate in additional longevity promoting events. The Longevity Project includes Concierge Care.
Group Care
Group care brings a small group of patients together with a doctor to address a shared condition. The extended time and laid-back setting of the group make for an innovative experience to complement your normal primary care. Regular meetings facilitate deep exploration of a topic, and participants benefit from the shared experience and support of their peers
Thank you for reading the 2024 Health Letter. We look forward to continuing our commitment to your primary care needs in the year ahead!
