Premium Care since 2005

Since 2005, our office has provided efficient, timely, and personable care to our patients. We continue to offer same day appointments with a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, with a doctor in under two weeks, and a team of attentive support staff to answer all calls during business hours. In order to sustain this level of care we have been charging an annual administrative fee since 2009 (price detailed below). This fee is necessary to pay for the large amount of non-covered work that goes into caring for our patients outside of face-to-face time with a practitioner.

Enrollment Details

We extend our thanks to all of you who understand the importance of our nominal annual fee and have been paying the request over the years. Our annual fee request will continue to cover membership in Premium Care at Panoramic Medicine. 

Those who pay the Premium Membership fee prior to January 31st, 2025 will receive a 10% discount on the total price.

If you are unable to pay the fee in full, please contact our office and we will work with you to explore alternative payment options. The fee will be waived for those without health insurance and on MediCal.
