The Program
The Longevity Project is a 1 year intensive program led by Dr. Curtis Robinson. Patients will complete an initial longevity survey followed by an in-person assessment of their current lifestyle and health. Dr. Robinson will host monthly sessions in which he will give Longevity Talks and present guests to teach longevity skills. Through education, practice, and guidance each participant will end the year with an individualized longevity plan for life.
Live Better
Longevity Project patients will participate in 8 Longevity Challenges, incorporating each essential Longevity Habit into their lives. Regular meetings will open up space for reflection and discussion. Over the year, Dr. Robinson will work with patients to determine what habits are most beneficial to their particular goals and biology.
Live Longer
The Longevity Project is sure to give you a new outlook on aging. Dr. Robinson’s goal is to teach you how to Live Better so that you can Live Longer. Patients will leave this program with new skills, helpful habits, and additional resources around Foods, Exercises, and other activities important for longevity living. We hope that you will join us on this journey.
What You Get

Throughout the program Dr. Robinson will work with patients to create a personalized Longevity Plan, combining their medical history with their Longevity Score, the Longevity Diet, Longevity Exercise Regimen, and Longevity Habit recommendations.

All Patients will receive automatic membership to the Concierge Care program which includes same day and future scheduling, extended visit times, 24/hr access to the Concierge Care team for health related issues, medical visits with Dr. Robinson, and more.

Patients will take an exclusive survey, designed by Dr. Robinson to evaluate how exposure to harmful substances, diet, exercise, and genetics have affected their longevity. Dr. Robinson will then use their numerical Longevity Score in developing their Longevity Plan.

Dr. Robinson will give four Longevity Talks which delve into all 8 pillars of longevity. They will utilize cutting edge scientific research to detail what each pillar means, how to adjust them, and why they increase longevity.

Throughout the program patients will learn about and work towards adopting healthy habits proven to increase longevity. Each month they will engage in a Longevity Challenge in which they will commit to incorporating one habit into their everyday life.

Experts in the field will lead patients in interactive experiences targeting The Longevity Project’s pillars. Additionally, Dr. Robinson will lead optional beginner and intermediate backpacking and hiking trips designed for exercise and connection with nature.

To sign up please complete the application form. The form can be found at the bottom of this page by clicking on the “Join Here” button. Applications for the 2025 program will be accepted until December 31st, 2025 and are reviewed in the order received.

You will receive an email from The Longevity Project Team confirming your spot for 2025. If we cannot accommodate you for The Longevity Project this year, you will be automatically considered for the Concierge Care program and receive an email discussing other care options.

The Longevity Project starts January 1st, 2025 and runs until the end of the calendar year. Registration resets each calendar year.

Longevity Project members will meet monthly for either a Longevity Talk or Longevity Experience. Additionally, each patient will meet a minimum of twice in individual meetings with Dr. Robinson to review their Longevity Survey and curate their Longevity Plan.

Each aspect of The Longevity Project is backed by rigorous scientific research. Dr. Robinson and the whole Longevity Project Team poured over hundreds of studies in order to develop a program built on reputable scientific literature. All patients in The Longevity Project will have access to a comprehensive bibliography for their personal reference.

Membership in The Longevity Project is an annual fee of $6900 payable semiannually, or annually.
For those signing up with a family member, the second member receives a discounted rate and pays only the concierge fee of $2,900, bringing the total to $9,800 for the pair.
